In the unusual event of a customer being unhappy with their purchase we will, on the basis of the conditions set out below, exchange the product or refund the purchase price.
Our returns policy
Products being returned for exchange, refund or credit, must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase in new and unused condition together with the original invoice.
In the case of goods being returned for refund, the refund will cover the cost of the goods only, and will be paid in GB Pounds Sterling by bank transfer or a cheque drawn on a London Bank.
Products being returned under guarantee must be returned carriage fully paid together with the original invoice and a clear letter outlining the reason for the return. Items returned under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at our discretion; see our guarantee page.
In the case of goods being returned from overseas, whatever the reason may be, it must always be stated on the customs declaration. If the goods are to be sent back from outside the EU, please contact us by email email@example.com or phone: 01264 772811 for instructions on how to return your goods. If you return the goods without following our instructions you will be liable for the duty charged.
In all cases, goods must be returned in sound packaging that will provide adequate and appropriate protection to the goods. If goods are not packed in an appropriate manner the customer may be liable for any loss or damage incurred.
