Thank you for your enquiry, we are short staffed but will try to answer your queries within 24-48 hours (excl. weekends and bank holidays).

We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm and on Friday 9am to 12 noon. 
We are operating an appointment only system. Please send your measurements to enquiries@flying-jacket.com so we can make sure we have stock in the correct size, then we will book an appointment for you to view it.

Please note: If you are ordering outside the UK & EU, because we do not charge you VAT, there may be customs or import duties levied once this package reaches the destination country. These will be your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

If you have ordered from us and wish to return an item and you are outside the EU, please contact us by email enquiries@flying-jacket.com for instructions on how to return your goods. If you return the goods without following our instructions you will be liable for the duty charged.
