Products being returned for exchange, refund or credit, must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in new and unused condition together with the original invoice.
In the case of goods being returned for refund, the refund will cover the cost of the goods only, and will be paid in GB Pounds Sterling by cheque drawn on a London Bank.
Products being returned under guarantee must be returned carriage fully paid together with the original invoice and a clear letter of outlining the reason for the return. Items returned under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, see our guarantee page.
In the case of goods being returned from overseas, whatever the reason may be, it must always be stated on the customs declaration "Goods being returned to the manufacturer for replacement/repair/credit". If this instruction is ignored the customer may be liable to pay for any customs duties or charges that we may have to pay.
In all cases, goods must be returned in sound packaging that will provide adequate and appropriate protection to the goods. If goods are not packed in an appropriate manner the customer may be liable for any loss or damage incurred.
