One of the things that makes our range of leather flight jackets unique, and one of the things that makes us so proud of our range, is that we didn’t just decide to make some jackets. Our range has developed because people have come to us for our skills and expertise. It starts with our MD, Simon Green, a pilot himself, working with others to design their ideal jacket.

Simon knows what pilots want, he understands the movements they need to make and he knows the constraints a tiny cockpit can put on that movement. He understands that the need for comfort and practicality has to be tempered with a sartorial style that defines the professional pilot’s position. By listening to our customers and combining his knowledge of flying with his understanding of high quality materials, Simon has helped us to create jackets that have become firm favourites (indeed, old friends) of pilots and aircrew around the world.

Many of our commissioned jackets, created for specific squadrons, are available to you. But one, of which we are particularly proud, is only available to serving RAF aircrew. This is the MoD Approved Pattern RAF Aircrew Leather Jacket, designed by us in cooperation with the RAF. As the only approved RAF leather aircrew jacket it pays us the highest accolade: it defines the quality of design, workmanship, care and attention that goes into each and every jacket we make.
