Opening times

We’re here from 0900 to 1600 Monday to Thursday and 0900 to 1230 on Fridays.

If you call during working hours you’ll get to speak to someone who will help you, and if you have a question that they can’t answer they’ll get back to you as quickly as possible (no switchboards or recorded “press 4 now” scripts, just real people!).

Out of hours you can e-mail or fax us and we will get back to you when we’re next open.
